Payment Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable booking fee of $100 is required to secure the event, covering administration, transport to host locations, Internal flights, and accommodation.
A Non refundable deposit of $300 must be made upon the time of booking to confirm the event.
The balance of the Event fee will be due on 1st April via direct debit, from the same card in which the deposit and booking fee were paid.
Late payment may incur penalties or cancelation of your event.
